Situated close to a variety of sandy beaches in the area, our cozy and charming 40m2 to 44m2 apartment is ideal for a family getaway in Les Sables d'Olonne! Visit the Parc zoologique des Sables d'Olonnes and see a number of animals during the day before heading back and relaxing in the outdoor pool on-site. Discover a myriad of French restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, including the bakery Boulangerie Patisserie Au Pain d'Auré, just a 5-minute drive away.

Our space has 1 BEDROOM with a Double bed. The second sleeping area may consist of a Bedroom or a Mezzanine with 2 Single beds. The unit configurations may vary so please check with one of our friendly staff when booking to ensure the layout of the suite will suit any specific needs you may have. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate additional guests. Bed linen is NOT included and can be rented on-site for €16/person.

Get ready for your day in our 1 BATHROOM. Towels can be rented on-site for €12/person.

After a day of lounging by the pool, retreat to our cozy LIVING SPACE. Curl up on the sofa and catch a show on the TV with TNT channels. If you want to connect with loved ones back home, low-speed Wi-Fi is available for free at the reception and in the unit. Premium Wi-Fi is available for €3/day, €5/2 days, or €15/week. In the early evening, step out onto the Balcony or Terrace and enjoy the fresh air.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of electric hobs, a microwave, and a dishwasher for an easy cleanup. Start your morning off right with the bakery service available on-site, if requested the night before (pay on-site).

When you stay at Résidence Les Jardins de l'Amirauté, where our space is conveniently located, you'll have access to the shared outdoor pool (which is open from May to the end of September from 10 am to 7 pm). You can also request a BBQ (subject to availability). We recommend bringing a car to get around this area and outdoor parking is available on-site (subject to availability).

If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for €46/week or €10/day (1 pet/apartment max). Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax per person. Guests are requested to clean their apartments prior to departure, or an end of stay cleaning can be provided from €50 to €60. A cleaning kit can be provided for €3.90.

Ideally located close to many sandy beaches, our apartment is a 1km drive to the seaside town of Les Sables d'Olonne where you'll find restaurants, bakeries, and cafes. Find the marina, Port Olono, a mere 800m away, and there is a boat rental service shop within walking distance from the marina. Hungry? Hop in the car and drive only 6 minutes to Restaurant Le Fatra, where you can sit outside during a nice day.
