ROSE Vacances offers you this magnificent renovated house with refinement, located in the heart of the town centre of Les Sables-d'Olonne, on Rue Flandrine de Nassau, benefiting from double parking in a garage!



Facing a charming church, this bright and elegantly decorated house offers an ideal setting for family or friends' holidays.

You will find beautiful spaces, great comfort, as well as two separate terraces: one perfect for outdoor dining, the other for enjoying an aperitif in complete peace.

The accommodation can welcome up to 10 people, and will be perfectly suited to those seeking a chic, peaceful and friendly place to stay, in the immediate vicinity of the beach, market and all shops.

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included for a completely worry-free arrival.



🧽 Checkout Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins

• Gather used laundry

👉 In case of non-compliance or if deep cleaning is necessary, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).
