Apartment featuring a large living room-lounge open to the sea-facing balcony, equipped with a 140 sofa bed and armchairs, a table for 6/8 people and a large TV screen.
The open and functional fully equipped kitchen; induction hob, oven, numerous storage spaces, is complemented by its utility room where you will find all the equipment necessary for a good stay; kettle, microwave, toaster, filter and Senseo coffee makers, washer/dryer.
Then the bathroom with its walk-in shower, its washbasin unit and its towel dryer. Independent WC.
On the night side, you will have a first double bedroom, spacious with a 160 bed, a headboard with reading lights and USB ports, dressing room.
