Completely renovated, it can accommodate up to 10 travellers in a modern and comfortable setting. Ideal for families or stays with friends, it features a beautiful terrace fitted with a pergola and garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for your summer meals outdoors, as well as a small enclosed garden, secure for children. Between swimming on the emblematic beaches of Les Sables, strolls through the typical streets of La Chaume or surfing sessions on the Atlantic waves, this house is the perfect starting point for discovering the charms of the Vendée coast.



Pass through the front door and discover a large living space of over 40m2 with access to the terrace. The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) provides you with everything you need for cooking. For your breakfasts, you will also find a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker. Share your meals around the large dining table that can accommodate 10 guests, or enjoy lunch outdoors thanks to the outdoor table on the terrace. The lounge, with its large comfortable sofa and television, is the ideal place to extend the evening in a convivial atmosphere.



The night area consists of 6 night spaces:



- On the ground floor, four large bedrooms, three with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and one with a double bed (140x190 cm) and storage spaces. Two bedrooms have a television, and one of them offers direct access to the bathroom. - On the upper floor, two sleeping areas in small rooms, each equipped with a double bed with base and mattress on the floor (140x190 cm) ideal for children or teenagers.

The house has two bathrooms with shower, one of which has a toilet, as well as a second independent toilet for added comfort.



A washing machine is available in the garage.



To park with complete peace of mind, you will be able to park your vehicles directly in the courtyard of the accommodation.
