• Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



🕘 Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included for a completely worry-free arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins

• Collect the used laundry



In case of non-compliance or if thorough cleaning is required, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet, containing:

– How the accommodation works

– The type of coffee maker

– Parking advice 🚗

– Sorting information ♻️
