In the heart of Normandy's Vexin, 85 km from Western Paris and 4 km from Château-Gaillard, in one of the most beautiful loops of the Seine, we welcome you in the former stables of a Louis XIV castle in the middle of an 11-hectare walled park.

Located in the park of a Louis XIV castle in the heart of Normandy's Vexin region, at the gateway to Normandy and in one of the most picturesque bends of the Seine River, just 90 km west of Paris, we welcome you to our cottage, "LE VERGER."
Accessible by car via the A13 or A15 highways, as well as by train (Gaillon-Aubevoye station from Paris Saint Lazare station in 1 hour).

Situated in the heart of the estate of Château de Tosny, a castle built in 1690, currently being restored, in an exceptional environment classified as a Natura 2000 zone and within the protected area of Château-Gaillard, a significant historical site between France and England, right next to Les Andelys, this cottage occupies the former stables of the castle.

Within a walled park, "LE VERGER" enjoys triple exposure and a charming private garden with a direct view of the castle, its magnificent beech trees, and centuries-old lime trees.

With a total area of 250 m2 spread over 2 levels, with a ceiling height of 3.70 m on the ground floor, "LE VERGER" has been completely renovated and features all modern comforts (thermal insulation, underfloor heating, heat pump).

On the ground floor, a spacious and bright living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, with direct access to the private garden. A bedroom with ample closet space and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and toilet. Guest toilet.

A beautiful staircase leads to the upper floor and a landing with a desk area. Three bedrooms: the first one with 3 single beds shares a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet with the second bedroom, which has a double bed. A third bedroom with a double bed has its own bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. Also on this floor, a shower room and a separate toilet.

For large families or groups of friends, a spacious dormitory with 6 single beds opens onto a small balcony offering a direct view of Château-Gaillard.

A crib and a highchair are available, as well as a BBQ. – High-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi (download speed 255 Mbit/s, upload speed 233 Mbit/s).

"LE VERGER" can accommodate up to 15 people.

In the castle's park, you have access to a tennis court, an outdoor swimming pool (in the summer), a ping-pong table, a foosball table, and spacious walking paths.
