In keeping with this magnificent location, local activities include; fishing, hill walking, pony trekking, golf, boating, island trips, kayaking, adventure centres and much more - providing you with an ideal opportunity to enjoy all this region has to offer. Clifden town is a short drive away which also offers many shops, bars, cafes and services. Galway City and Westport are both within an hour's drive of Letterfrack village.

Weather not great but not awful. Did a lot of driving. When sun was out the landscape was stunning. People friendly and food was good and reasonably priced. Still waiting on refundable deposit
