-The Suite-
Stepping into our newly renovated breathtaking suite, you will be in awe by the reclaimed wood shiplap cathedral ceiling with original iron trusses, and under your feet, solid wide plank white oak flooring. In the gathering area, you can enjoy the electric fireplace below a solid reclaimed Heart Pine mantel and above that, a large 50" Smart TV. The open layout leads into a great sized full kitchen boasting an 8’ granite-topped island with 4 counter stools, accented by 2 beautiful nautical pendant lights. The kitchen is stocked with all of the amenities you would possibly need. The all new appliances include, a large side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, an induction cooktop/range, microwave, a full size dishwasher, and kitchen disposal. In your dining area you can enjoy a solid reclaimed pine dining table, custom made by Old Wood Delaware (visit our store on the first floor of the building!), which seats 6. You’ll appreciate all of the accent lighting throughout, that enhances the ambiance of the space. Entering the area of the bedroom, you’ll notice details beyond your imagination featuring a stunning fully custom tiled designer bathroom including a floating granite-topped vanity, highlighted by under cabinet lighting and a backlit mirror. The bathroom is stocked with body soap, shampoo/conditioner, and luxury towels. As you enter the bedroom you’ll marvel at the hand inlaid wood starburst custom bed dressed with high-end linens. The room is accented by the reclaimed wood shiplap wall, full mirrored closet doors, and you will enjoy the large smart TV while relaxing in the cozy King bed.

-The Studio-
Stepping into our charming, newly renovated studio, you will enjoy the old brick columns and reclaimed wood details, including the antique support beam, and solid wide plank white oak flooring. The king sized bed is beautifully appointed with the softest linens. In the gathering area, there is a stylish & comfortable sofa (which folds out into a queen sized bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress) and a large Smart TV. Behind the sofa is a large antique wood slab sofa console which duals as a work or dining space with three stools. The open layout includes a fully stocked kitchenette with a honed granite counter and custom tiled backsplash. There is a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, induction stovetop, microwave (which is also a convection oven), and kitchen disposal. You’ll appreciate all of the accent lighting throughout, that enhances the ambiance of the space. A stunning fully custom tiled designer bathroom includes a floating granite-topped vanity, highlighted by under cabinet lighting and a backlit mirror. The bathroom is stocked with body soap, shampoo/conditioner, and luxury towels.

The Suite & Studio each have their own private digital keyless lock entrance. Included are 2 private parking spaces and additional free on-street parking is available. Enjoy the private decks in each unit with outdoor bistro sets, including outdoor lighting. In the exterior storage closet, down the entryway stairs, you will find beach umbrellas & chairs to use as a courtesy during your stay.
