Olemme äskettäin valmiit remontin tähän tilavaan ranch kotiin Nicholasville Ky ja ovat erittäin innoissamme jakaa sen tulevien vieraiden kanssa. Se näyttää upouudessa sisäpuolelta ja on mahtava keidas takapihalla kun sää on mukavaa. Se on lähellä kaikkia suuria asioita Lexingtonissa, kuten Keeneland ja Kentuckyn yliopisto. Patjat ovat huippuluokan ja varmistavat, että sinulla on erittäin mukava oleskelu.

The kitchen needs better knives and more cutlery. The knives would'nt cut hot butter and there were only 6 forks.Lot of wasted space in living room. It would be better to have the kitchen opened up with an island. Location of home was great. Use of the garage would have been nice especially with the bad weather. Our host was great.

The kitchen was indeed fully functional for cooking and the rooms were very clean, comfortable with an awesome sunroom and back porch. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable with great amenities. Location was extremely convenient to restaurants, shopping, grocery, etc.We really enjoyed our stay and very convenient to stay while on the Bourbon trail!

Kitchen was basic. Had nuts and bolts of what was needed. Clean place and comfortable for what we needed as we visited our daughter at UKY for Family Weekend. The weather changed and we couldn’t adjust the thermostat which was an opportunity as you needed a code. That’s the only complaint I had.

Great Location for Visiting Lexington Area

This home is great place to stay while visiting the Lexington area or going to the races at Keeneland. It has all the comforts of "home" especially comfortable beds, an up-to-date master shower, TVs, an enclosed porch, and a back yard that has a variety of plants, birds and a Koi pond. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood that is an easy drive to some of the top restaurants in the area.
