Hotel Review: Disappointing and Unsafe Experience Avoid this hotel at all costs. Despite being advertised as a 3-star property, it falls far short of expectations. We arrived after dark to a neglected neighborhood surrounded by vacant buildings and homeless individuals on the hotel steps, creating an unsettling atmosphere. Check-in was inconvenient, requiring us to return to our car and navigate to a dimly lit parking structure in the back, which felt unsafe. The property itself is outdated and poorly maintained. Our first room had a non-functioning toilet, forcing us to switch. The second room was no better, with multiple burnt-out lights and bedding that was worn and past its useful life. I strongly recommend choosing a boutique hotel or a newer property closer to the highway. The misleading reviews on Expedia added to our disappointment. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.

Lobby and exterior of building very nice. Breakfast, very Good, staff friendly. Room was substandard. Clammy, A/C poor, musty smelling, poor finish. Had better rooms at Best Western.

Hotel was ok, on par for price of stay

Just stayed one night, passing through on way home from vacation. Got in around 8pm and most eateries nearby were closed so had to drive about 15 to eat. Check in was fast and friendly. Parked in parking garage attached to hotel. Room decor was dated and kinda musty. TV was old and had probably the dirtiest remote ive ever seen. Room price was cheap so i feel hotel was par for what we paid. Mainly chose due to close location of distillery.
