I would give my stay a zero if I could. I was there two nights and the heater wouldn't work. We called multiple times and was told the owner would reach out to get it fixed ASAP. that never happened. So, we froze and the blankets have burn holes in them and all the blankets look older than I am and I'm almost 40. I've traveled extensively the last 20 years and this was the worst hotel experience. I mentioned this to the manager on duty when I checked out. He just said..."oh that sucks...sorry."
