The room smelled terrible of ciggarette smoke, making it difficult to sleep and allergies. Even worse. The windows didn't open to allow for fresh air. The front desk tried and gave us carpet dust. Breakfast was good.

I'm usually quite happy at a HIE hotel and this was no exception. The place was quiet, safe and spotless. The best part was that the rooms seem really well insulated for sound. It was very quiet, although I don't know how busy the hotel was. Breakfast was great as usual, no mob scene either, I guess it was not busy.

Good stay, would stay again.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Location seemed safe. Had laundry avail in hotel, retail locations nearby. Only nit for me was pool was a bit cooler than I like and no hot tub avail. But thats not a knock on the hotel, as water temp didn't seem to bother others.
