Stopped in for the night while on the road, clean, no smells, nice place especially for the cost. Although there is something I noticed that I had never seen before that should be noted in all listings, there was a sign at the front desk saying if lived in a certain town there was a corresponding deposit. For example, if you lived in A-town there would be a $300 deposit, if you lived in B-town youd pay a $600 deposit but if you lived in C-town (as I do) there is no deposit. Ive never seen this before and found it interesting. It was all Kentucky towns I believe so it may be worth calling to see if your town has a large deposit before booking. I would imagine if you booked a night and arrived unable to pay the deposit then perhaps you may not get your room refunded? Again I dont know but worth checking on.

The sink was stopped up, could not get the heat or air to function in the room. The halls and rooms could use remodeling. I felt like I was stepping off the elevator into a jail block. Very drab and scary looking. Smelled marijuana coming from room next door. I won’t stay again.

The location and price were great, but the hallway and room itself was lacking. We were greeted with bags of trash left outside out room by the cleaning staff. The room had stains on the bedding and carpet, missing drawers in the furniture, a dingy bathroom, and an empty shampoo bottle. Could be worse, but definitely could be better too. Decent for the one night we needed it.

I booked a one night stay there and it was horrible dog hair in the tub and some on the bed the toilet wasn’t flushing and the tub was stopped up I went down stairs to let someone know and the lady at the front desk said “well it is pet friendly” and that she will let house keeping know. My brother took a shower at 6pm our first night, I got up to check the tub to see if the water went down 6:30 something the next morning and it was still there. I went back down stairs and Gabriel was absolutely amazing although he wasn’t on the clock yet he still went out his way to help my family to have a better stay! He switched our room immediately even though we were about to to check out! I really appreciate all Gabriel and everything he did for us!
