It is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, an equipped kitchen open to the living room and a bathroom with beautiful curves.You can also benefit from a cellar in which there is a freezer and a washing machine and parking is provided in front of the building!
On sunny days, you can enjoy the balcony with a view of the golf course!

The apartment is located on the first floor with elevator.
The neighborhood
In addition to its comfort, which is very appreciated by tenants, the location is perfect because you are quickly in the city center. It will only take you 5 minutes by car! The apartment is in a very quiet residence, in the green, on the Bernalmont Golf Course, 9 holes http://bernalmont.mygolf.be/ ).There is also a good brasserie which offers tasty lunches and you can even have a coffee there in the morning!

Car : ideal location because you will be 5 minutes from the motorway junction giving you access to the directions of Brussels, Namur, Luxembourg, Aachen, Maastricht, Antwerp.
