in die Jahre gekommene Wohnung in guter Lage

leider ist die Wohnung schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und Schimmel ist allgegenwärtig - Türen, Dusche. Von der Grösse her sehr gut, Pool sehr sauber und schön. Küche in Ordnung. Leider sind auch die Betten viel zu weich und nicht allzu gross. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Ruhe beim Schlafen.
