The 20 terraced houses in the countryside are located in Lignano between the districts of Pineta and Sabbiadoro and offer space for the whole family. Each house is spread over 3 floors (with a spiral staircase) and has a safe and several outdoor seating areas with its own outdoor fireplace. Centrally located is a beautiful pool (open from around mid-May to mid-September) with sun loungers. A private parking space and a communal washing machine complete the offer. Note: "Light Wi-Fi" connection (for 2 devices, no streaming, no download) in the garden and swimming pool area Extras included : Invitation to wine tasting with typical snacks (in Bibione, only in high season) Beach services (1 deckchair, 1 lounger, 1 parasol), approx. from May to mid-September 10% discount in various restaurants and shops 20% green fee discount (from Monday to Friday) at the 18-hole Lignano Golf Club Activities nearby : At "Bike and Go" in Lignano you can rent bicycles (for a fee and deposit) (subject to availability) to explore the surrounding area. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups only on request. Only small dogs allowed (up to 35 cm shoulder height). not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Spiral staircase to the upper floor. Limited WiFi reception. (Youth) groups only on request. WiFi access for 2 devices included in the rental price. WIFI only in the pool area.
