"Kalapaki" is Hawaiian for "High Point". Yes we are definitely located on a high location on the Kalapaki Bay Cliff with an amazing oceanfront view. We face directly west as well, the sunsets over the mountains, and across the water are just breathtaking!

Float above Kalapaki Bay in luxury and openness as you enjoy the soft breeze and blue waters of Kauai. View the surf, the beach, turtles and spectacular sunsets from one of 3 private lanais.

Our home is conveniently located right in between the 2 finest resorts in Kauai, the Timbers Kauai Resort, and the Royal Sonesta Resort. You're within a block, to fine dining at both resorts. Pamper yourself, you deserve it!

The 16’ ceilings and 12’ high wall to wall sliding glass doors brings the beauty of Kauai’s Kalapaki Bay into your living room. Relax in comfort with no worries and many options. Stay in the inviting and homey Hale Pali Kai or take a short walk to the beach for a swim. Perhaps tennis, a golf outing or a hike; all without getting in your car.

All 3.5 floors offers comfort and privacy including private lanais in Master Bedrooms. The Master bedrooms boast large bathrooms that open to the bedroom and offer views of the bay and sunset as you bathe.

The main living areas and the bedroom with 2 queen beds are on a central AC system and the 2 oceanfront bedroom suites have their own split AC system. Gentle trade winds and open sliding glass doors coupled with ceiling fans ensure a naturally cool environment. Open the north side widows in the dining and living room for added fresh airflow. Rarely does the house experience any bugs. This is due to the proximity to the ocean.

By staying at my property, golfers can take advantage of Kamaʻāina discounts at adjacent Hokuala (Timbers Resort) golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus.
