Surrounded by sparkling lagoons, beautiful waterfalls, and a wildlife refuge make sure you don't forget that camera. The property itself offers a two-level outdoor pool and whirlpool spa overlooking the ocean, along with a designer golf course. Ninini Beach is about a half mile walk.
The adjacent resort, Timbers Kauai, is undergoing renovation through May 14, 2025. There may be construction noise during normal business hours.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a home-cooked meal, and the dining area has a table for six. There is also a washer and dryer inside the unit for your convenience. Maximum occupancy is six adults.
