My stay here was unfortunately very disappointing. On the first day, there was a gas leak on Sunday, and I was told it couldn’t be fixed that day because of the weekend — but no one ever came to fix it afterward, which made it impossible to use the stove during my entire stay. On top of that, both the kitchen and bathroom sinks got clogged, and one of the electrical outlets actually melted while I had the heater plugged in. Although the hosts did respond and resolved most of the issues, the amount and seriousness of the problems made the experience very stressful. Even with the repairs, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend this place.

1. TV remote did not work and they refused to replace it. 2. After a long day touring Lima, we came back at 9p to find the electronic door lock didn't work and we were locked out for almost 2 hours waiting for a tech to replace the dead batteries. 3. Hot water lasted just 1-2 minutes in the shower. 4. Only way to communicate with One by Wynwood is via Whatsapp, and they were slow, rude, and unapologetic. The apartment was decent, but our experience was terrible. Avoid One by Wynwood!
