Tervetuloa Waters Edge 309: een, joka sijaitsee Lincoln Cityssä! Tämä kolmas tarina, hiljattain remontoitu, yhden makuuhuoneen huoneisto tarjoaa yhden makuuhuoneen ja yhden kylpyhuoneen, josta on upeat näkymät Siletzin lahdelle ja hiekkarannalle. Voit myös nauttia omasta taulutelevisiosta, jossa on DVD-soitin, ennen kuin ajautui nukkumaan. Takaisin ulos käytävältä, sinulla on yksityinen pääsy pesukoneeseen ja kuivausrumpuun, joten pakata valoa matkan aikana ja pese vaatteet vain tarpeen mukaan! Kerää yhteen suuren taulutelevision ympärille ja katso yhdessä elokuvaa tai istu juttelemassa nauttien ateriasi. Muista astua ulos parvekkeelle nauttiaksesi näkymistä ja auringonlaskusta! Sohva taittuu ulos queen-size-vuodesohvaksi. Disappointed

The couch and lazy boy chairs were covered with long blonde hair which I had to vacuum off before we could even sit on them. The arms of the couch had stains and wasn’t very comfortable. The was lot of dust and dirt under it as well. While the bathroom, sinks and shower were clean with plenty of towels the bedspread in the bedroom also had stains.The baseboard hadn’t been cleaned or repainted in for ever. The was coffee beans to grind but no packets of digest or creamer. This was very much a corporate rental and it felt like it I more use to the comfy and homey units I rely on from Vrbo

Beautiful view from the balcony although it’s a little ways from the ocean opening, could still hear the ocean with the door open at night. So grateful to have paper towels when we arrived super quick, walk to a little grocery store and a couple restaurants local so very helpful as well places to eat whale watching even in depoe bay was great. Thank you very much

Great to Getaway!!!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Lincoln City. The Waters Edge condominiums are a perfect place to rest and relax with beautiful views of the ocean! I would highly recommend these properties to anyone.

Beautiful View and Great Location

The condo is in a great location and is within walking distance to Mo's restaurant. It has a beautiful view of the bay and it was fun to watch the wild life and people enjoying the calm beach. If you take a short walk past Mo's you will find the ocean which is beautiful but more dangerous. If you have children or don't like huge waves, this is a great location to stay! The decor is nice and the bed is comfy. The mattress is a little on the hard side, but you can tell it's good quality! Some noise can be heard from the walkway out the front door and from the neighbors while on the deck but this is not fault of the owners-just the way it was constructed. Overall, the noise did not bother us and we would stay here again!

Our Stay

We had a great time staying in the condo, however, I wish there were a little be more amenities at the property. It was very clean and comfortable! We had very little communication with the property manager, but we made it happen when it came to checking in!

Clean place, great location

The condo was clean, cute, and right on the beach. I did a long weekend just me and my two little kids. It was just perfect being steps away from the beach on the back bay--plenty of opportunity to play in the sand and water's edge without a long walk or worry about big waves. The condo had everything we needed. There is no AC and the ocean breeze didn't really make it in, so if you have trouble sleeping in a warm space, bring a fan.

Just what we needed!

A great condo on the bay (not main ocean) which they make clear in their listing. So rare on the coast to get very up front descriptions of properties. We had an amazing stay, lots to do locally, easy access to the water and during high tide times absolutely gorgeous views. If I make it back to Lincoln City I would stay here again!

Beautiful room, amazing view

The room was amazing, beautiful view and beautifully decorated. Immediately felt at home walking in. However, bring your own toilet paper and towels. There was only about a quarter of a roll of toilet paper and one towel for three people staying for two days. We had brought toilet paper because of another review that mentioned the lack, but we had to go buy towels. The communication with the property management was non-existent through the VRBO system. Will definitely stay here again but will contact the company directly, not use VRBO.

Beautiful, well apportioned and restful

The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed to have a restful weekend. The location on the by had a gorgeous view and was great for exploring the beach. Unfortunately, we didn't get any info on how to get into the unit or how to log in to wifi. We ad to find a number to call online to get that info as there was no one at the rental office and no reference number. Pretty frustrating.

Great location but dirty condo

We have been HIGHLY disappointed in the cleanliness of our condo. We paid a bit more due to reviews on this condo being so clean. Due to COVID this was a top priority for us. However, in the many VRBOS we have stayed in we have never been to a place so unclean!! First, we got to our place after being notified it was ready at 4 and after calling because of no info telling us how to get in we were greeted at the door by the cleaning lady telling us she got there late and it wasn’t ready. We had no problem going off to do our own thing for an hour to allow her time to do a sufficient job. However this was definitely NOT the case. When we returned an hour later we came in to find a condo that appeared to be spot cleaned. Just a few things that have been very upsetting include: food and debris still left on the counters, sand around chairs on the hardwood, chocolate and spilled milk on the two main leather sitting chairs, garbage still left under the sink, a microwave with food all over it on the inside, chocolate on the cabinets, drinks left in the fridge, a patio table with stuff all over it, etc... Lastly, when we finally got into the condo at 5 the dishwasher was running with over an hour left. We have never came into a place where we had to put a full load of dishes away and also didn’t have dishes to use for dinner the night we arrived!! Not sure what happened differently for our arrival, but it wouldn’t even get 3 stars for cleanliness. I shouldn’t have to show up and spend an hour using my own sanitizing wipes to clean up the place. We are not people to ever complain, but there is too much disappointment to not let it be known.

Peaceful, Elegant & Perfect Location!

This rental is lovely and has so many thoughtful touches! It is well designed and on my favorite Oregon beach! I’ll share with friends and I will stay here again! I do agree with the other reviewer about the bed. It’s better if you sleep on the far side but it’s got quite a rut (soft spot you sink in to) in the side by the window. It kind of feels like a bean bag chair; like a super soft plush mattress that just wore out. With a better, more supportive mattress, this place will be perfect!
