The bed had hair on the sheets and a dirty tissue in the bed. The bed was obviously made without changing the sheets. We received a different room, but inadequate compensation for the poor experience.

Nice hotel overall. We had a horrible squeaky light fixture in the bathroom and had to call housekeeping. Turns out they were aware of the problem but didn’t seem to act like they planned a permanent fix. Luckily they were able to make it stop. Aside from that it was a decent hotel

The only part of our stay that wasn’t great, was the lack of privacy in the bathroom both visually and audibly. The bathroom door also was very difficult to lock, and the bathroom sink whistled loudly and barely reached the sink so water went everywhere. We also couldn’t find a fan for the bathroom, and it got very steamy in there.

Upon check-in, the desk clerk was friendly and visible. In the morning, however, breakfast was not what I expected for the charge since it was pretty much the same thing I could get at the Holiday Inn for free, and it ended at 930? People expect breakfast to go until at least 10- 1030 am. I did not receive an express check-out and the desk clerk was absent due to a restroom / break time. There should always be at least 2 people at the desk to accommodate those that are checking in and out. This is not what I expected from a Hyatt, but I guess it is a lesser version since it is a "Place." For the price, I will always return to the Holiday Inn.
