- booked for Lincoln, NB instead of Lincoln, CA. - Gave us a handicapped room instead of King Suite for Day1 - No instructions re: need to physically activate AC outlets in room = no power outlets worked. - checked us into King Suite Day2. Told Front Desk that toilet was running, but no one came fo fix it before we checked out Day3. - Had to use ear plugs to block noise from room above us from 1-6AM.
