We continue to return and each time we have a wonderful experience. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The hosts truly think of everything and clearly take great care of the property and to every detail. There is an adorable fire pit, pool, and lounge area right along the river in the back with a covered bridge. Thank you for a wonderful stay each and every time!

We stayed in a cottage. It has two rooms separated by a door. The air conditioning is only in the main room which can make the second room hot if the door is closed. The bed was a little too soft for my liking. There was an egg crate on it so I’m not sure what the mattress really felt like. The room was clean. It had a mini fridge and microwave. Overall it was a good value and easy access to pretty much everything in Lincoln.

Decent price and decent accommodations. Nothing at all fancy—“check in” consists of taking an envelope with a key from the front door. Very old school motel vibe, but decently clean. Interacted with a staff member the morning we left and he seemed very friendly, but that was it for interpersonal experiences. Not at all fancy, but provided the bed we needed at the point we needed at a reasonable price.

The property manager is unhingeded and a complete tyrant. He was banging on our door while we were trying to sleep after a long day. It was 10:30 PM and there were literally 2 other guests in the entire complex. Instead of asking us nicely to turn down the music he instead started yelling and threatened to kick us out because he thought the music was too loud for him.. So unprofessional on your part buddy you need to learn a little selfcontrol and a lesson on customer service.

White Mountain Motel 2nd floor

The Lobby was permanently closed between the time we booked and the time of our stay, so we never saw any staff. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the parking lot was poorly plowed and shoveled from a snow storm which made parking limited, and walking in the lot to our room dangerously icy. Is very close to many good spots to shop and eat, as well as very close to the Ice Castles.

The self check in/ check out was a nice touch! Being able to park in front of the room was a big help with my mobility issues moving stuff into and out of the room. It was fairly quiet, but a nice safe and clean location for the night. This was my child's first time staying in a hotel and they were initially very nervous but ended up loving it. They had ample charging areas and even a complimentary white noise machine. The ice castles are 5 minutes up the road with plenty of great dining areas in the area. We would definitely stay again
