This large, functional, and very well-equipped cottage is located on the edge of a quiet village, near a working farm.
With family or friends, you can discover Nicolas' herd of cows, featuring 12 different breeds: Vosges, Brown Swiss, Red Flemish, Montbéliarde, Simmental, Normande, Tarine, Prim'Holstein, and more. Not forgetting the other animals on the property: sheep, goats, donkeys, and ponies.

Nearby attractions include: Pont-à-Mousson (15 km), with its train station, shops, the Grand Bleu leisure park, Place Duroc, Prémontré Abbey, and the Papier-Mâché Museum. Nancy (Place Stanislas), Metz (Centre Pompidou), and Verdun are 45 minutes away. Lake Madine and its activities are also 15 km away. A 136 m² cottage on three levels, adjoining two other accommodations and the owner's farm.

Ground floor: entrance hall, living room, kitchen with access to a terrace (garden furniture and barbecue) and then to an enclosed garden, bathroom (shower and bathtub), separate WC.

First floor: three bedrooms (three single beds 90x190 cm and two double beds 140x190 cm). Shower room, WC.

Second floor: 17 m² attic space (33 m² floor area) with six single beds 90x190 cm.

The price includes: bed linen for the stay (beds made upon arrival), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption.
Towels (hand towels and washcloths) are not provided and are not available for rent.

Given the size of the living areas on the ground floor, the capacity is limited to 10 people. The owner offers two other independent cottages on the same property: Le P'tit Jojo and Le Mi-Temps.
You will be welcomed to the cottage by the owner.
