Property with three bedrooms, one suite, a bathroom, the three bedrooms with double beds, central air, Led TVs, fan, closets for clothes and shoes. Practical American style kitchen containing stove, microwave, blender, fridge freezer, etc. Living room with central air and Led TV. Vacancy for 1 car in the garage. Large but functional holiday home for 6 to 8 people. It also contains extra mattress. Next to supermarket, health center, pharmacy and downtown. Very safe house with central alarm and monitoring and TV with Sky. Also possible to rent only single rooms, with owners living in the house. In this case renting a room with capacity of up to 3 people and social bathroom, would be $ 200.00 per night per room.
