Pool was dirty. As we were cleaning it ourselves we found the pool to be cloudy meaning a chemical imbalance in the water. The pool filter wasn’t going either. Bathroom in our room was nasty. Shower curtain was torn and coming off. Water was going everywhere. Room had a nasty smell to it. In general this place needs maintenance, and someone to care. Outside looks great! Building and landscaping is beautiful. Staff is nice and friendly

If you bring a pet just know that they have rocks everywhere for your dog to potty smh!! No grass anywhere. (Bring puppy pads) Also… check in was supposed to be at 3pm I didn’t get a room around 4:30pm. I had to get a different room because the room i reserved for never got cleaned. They kept saying it’ll take 15 mins, came back in a hour and it was still not done. Then want laugh and say sorry about that it’s going to be another 15mins or an hour or so. Umm no ma’am! Thankful for another room but ridiculous! I’m not coming back!! I do don’t recommend! Outside was sketchy as well. And it looks like my husband ‘s truck got hit during the night from the parking lot. And there’s a sign that it’s not the hotel’s responsibility for damage vehicle or stolen vehicle… really?!! So aggravating. We only stayed one night and it was a horrible experience!! Just glad that we were safe and or room was able to cool down. Breakfast was good. That’s about it!!
