Palisades for 2 nights but had to leave after only 1 night due to family emergency. They refused my request for a refund for the unused night. We’ve stayed there over 3 times in last several months so was very disappointed. Breakfast is always good and the breakfast staff is nice. Not the way to treat a loyal customer. Probably stay somewhere else on my next trip.

Great customer service. Landscaping is great, breakfast is good, the 4th floor where we stayed is immaculate. Overall would recommend. It is being remodeled however I only knew because they had plastic covering an area. Other than that, no real indications or inconveniences.

Another hotel renovation

Hotel was under renovation, so the paint smell was heavy since it was going on the 1st floor. Had trouble getting into our room each day, we were there for 5 days and our keys had to be reprogrammed each day. Room and beds were nice and comfortable. Hope they get finished with their renovation soon. On the way to this hotel from Houston TX, we spent the night in Texarkana TX and that hotel was also under renovation, but it was not in good condition at all.
