Must Read! Amazing Stay!

We had a great time celebrating our baby boy turning 12! The king suite with the extra bedroom was so nice and it made our boy and his friend feel so grown up having their "own room" Thank you for making this trip amazing. The staff were so friendly, the place was immaculate clean, the pool was great- it was the perfect temperature and was not overpowered by chemicals, breakfast was great, and even though we did not travel with pets, I loved that this was an option! It is so hard to find a clean hotel that allows your animals with you. We appreciate you guys and we WILL be back!

Was very impressed at first the property looked updated and smelled clean throughout the building. That’s where the good ends. We couldn’t get connected to the WiFi in our room on any of our devices so we called the front desk and went down for them to help and as soon as we left the room we were able to connect, back in the room it would disconnect. Was told by the front desk that the hotel was fully booked and nobody else complained so he didn’t know what to tell us. Spent the entire 5 day stay with no WiFi in our room. The bedroom ac/heating unit did not work for the entire stay. There were fake flower pedals left behind a door from the previous guests, to me indicating corners are cut during cleaning if they didn’t look behind the door. The hotel was under renovations and the contractors were leaving power tools and paint buckets laying in the hallway. We had to have our room keys replaced 3 times as they kept disconnecting and would lock us out of everything. At first we thought this was our own doing until the last time one of the keys we did not touch or use from the desk to our room and it still did not work. Breakfast had plenty of options but was very bland. The laundry room was infested with lady bugs.

My husband & I spent 1 night as we traveled through the area. We were delighted to have the pool all to ourselves because of the ice storm the evening before. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. I would’ve given 5 stars on everything, but there was some construction going on.

I found the place to be nice, with clean accommodations and friendly staff. However, I likely would not stay there again because my room key card didn’t work each time I tried to use it. Every single time, I had to go to the lobby to get a new card and then return to my room. This was very inconvenient.

I booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub and found out when i got there they haven’t had a hot tub since 2019!! Then while we were there the hotel charged me for the night on top of me paying through the app. Hopefully it reversed like they said it will. Hotel was clean and comfortable

The hotel is convenient and the prices are cheap, but there are definitely roaches. I found several crawling around in the trash and around the mini fridge when I woke up in the morning :(
