This apartment is located on the third floor of the building and is accessed by stairs only, as there is no lift. Guests should be comfortable with stair access during their stay.

The property sits close to Liverpool’s famous Concert Square, one of the city’s most vibrant nightlife areas. Because of this central location, some external noise should be expected, particularly on weekends. To help with comfort, complimentary earplugs and a white noise machine are provided, and many guests still find the apartment suitable for resting between outings.

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book this property.

A £100 refundable security deposit is required before arrival. This deposit is fully refunded after check-out, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required. By confirming the reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Self check-in is available, allowing flexible arrival and easy access to the apartment.
