Great location for shopping bars etc. Staff super helpful. Our apartment was looking a tired in the bathroom and kitchen worksurface chipped, oven racks didn't fit but the fantastic location and great staff made up for any maintenance issues

Friendly staff. Safe gated indoor car park. Fantastic location and well thought out flat with everything we needed. Comfy beds. Only disappointment was the sofa bed wasn’t made up like we had asked in messages. The bedding was left out for us to do it and no pillow.

Fabulous place, very central Chose to pay at property. Called and emailed property on multiple occasions to confirm 'pay at property' because we were arriving at 8pm Each time confimed yes pay at property, someone will be on reception Took money off credit card before we arrived at 10am on check in day Company said it was because a card was on hotels.com account but you cant book without a card being stored Lots of faffing for my friends and me sorting payment out after repeatedly asking the question Beware - every time ive stayed in Liverpool hotel this happens

The apartment was very clean and well kept, all staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location in the centre. We stayed for a concert in M&S arena and it was a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely recommended and will return 😊
