The living room offers a comfortable sofa, while the dining table is ideal for shared meals or remote work. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to suit all your culinary needs.

For added convenience, the apartment is fitted with a dishwasher to simplify cleanup, along with a washer, dryer, and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry during your stay.

The two bedrooms each feature a comfortable double bed dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens and provide ample storage for your belongings.

The two bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and stress-free stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the heart of Liverpool’s vibrant Baltic Triangle, this stylish flat at X1 The Tower offers guests the perfect base to explore one of the city’s most dynamic and creative neighbourhoods. Just a short walk away, you'll find the iconic Royal Albert Dock, home to attractions like the Tate Liverpool, The Beatles Story, and the Merseyside Maritime Museum—ideal for culture lovers and first-time visitors alike.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
