Lovely modern hotel near Albert Dock. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen, although we didn't use it, was equipped, no oven however. Car parking was handy but spaces are a bit tight for larger cars. Seemed safe area with plenty of eateries. Would definitely stay again.

Took good care of my Auntie!

I booked this room for my Auntie and she was welcomed and cared for really well. The staff were patient and kind with her as she wasn’t use to key cards, she said the room was spacious and clean with a nice view of the wheel. She loved having a little kitchenette to make coffee and the breakfast was great too. The location was perfect before our cruise.

Excellent location, rooms very clean, extremely quiet of a night. Breakfast was ok, but, with only 2 staff on, they were stretched. Kept running out of food, but it was refilled, so queues did form for either plates or food at certain times. That said, we’d definitely stay again.

We loved it!

5 stars is not enough! This hotel is beautiful, in a super location, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful, including the breakfast staff. The free laundry facilities were important to us and much appreciated. The hotel is located next to the M&S Bank Arena and the Liverpool One Ferris Wheel, and right next to the Royal Albert Dock and Beatles Story Museum. It was a quick walk to a downtown area and a quick uber to the famous Cavern Club. The breakfast food provided a good variety. If we are ever back in Liverpool, we will be staying here!
