The House is situated on the lake
1. The house sits on 3 waterfront lots with 180’ of water frontage. There are several large trees which provide lots of shade.
2. There are two boat lifts:
a. One will handle boats or pontoons up to 24 foot long.
b. One will handle boats up to 20 foot long.
3. There is one jet ski lift that will hold 2 jet skis.
4. There is a large sun deck above the boat lift looking out over the lake.
5. High speed internet (1 gigabyte service) is on the property. There are range extenders at the boat dock & sun deck area. Wi-fi speeds will of course be much lower.
6. Four bedrooms & 3 & ½ baths.
Upstairs bedrooms:
• Master bedroom with king size bed.
• Second bedroom with king size bed.
• Small bedroom with queen size bed.
• Open spaces with two twin beds and a futon that turns into full size bed.
Downstairs bedrooms:
- Bedroom with king size bed.
- Living room couch that turns into queen size bed.
7. Outdoor fire pit area. Bring your own firewood.
8. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, silverware, dishes & glasses.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Log Cabin and that is exactly how I would describe it - cozy and welcoming. We had tons if room. It is actually bigger than the pictures display. The kitchen is well stocked and the pantry is huge. Having 2 refrigerators for Thanksgiving was a great bonus. The large lot is great for privacy and plenty of room for your pet to enjoy. Our doodles loved it. The fire pit was great. We also loved the ping pong table. We setup croquet in the backyard. The boat dock is in excellent condition and we want to come back in the spring/summer. We would definitely rent this house again.

Absolutely stunning properly with all of the amenities for a great lakeside vacation. We stayed for a mini vacation and brought our boat. Loved the dock and fishing opportunities. The house is so much larger than we expected. My son, my sister, and my cousin came to stay off and on while we were at the house, and it was nice to have all the space available for others to enjoy. Large kitchen table. Lots of tvs. Plenty of bathrooms. Super clean. Would stay again!

Excellent stay.

Had a lovely time. The first floor bed and bath are perfectly suited for an older couple like us! The amenities are great and easy to entertain family. Would highly recommend and would love to come again.

Relaxing get away

We had a short stay at the Cozy Log Cabin and it was exactly what we needed. The Cabin was very clean and inviting. We played games, made dinner in the large kitchen, and had s’mores in the back yard around the fire pit. Very nice to sit on the back porch and just watch the lake. Also close to town for anything we forgot to bring. Travel time to town was about 15 min. 5 stars.

Amazing Place

House was perfect for us. The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you’ll need and the second fridge was a life saver. The floor plan is great too.

Memorial Day at the Lake

This property was wonderful! Already trying to find weekends to book again! We were able to use the boat lift and the yard is large and fenced for the kids to play in.

Lake Livingston Log Cabin

We had the best weekend with family and friends at this cozy log cabin lake house! The boat lift was great to be able to keep our pontoon boat on for easy access to the lake. Will definitely be back!

Great Getaway

We had a great time. It is probably the best place we have stayed. Perfect location on the lake! We enjoyed fishing from the dock, gambling at Naskila, sitting on the deck, and just hanging out.

Beautiful Log Cabin!

Our family had a fantastic time. House is so nice, log work is very impressive, comfortable, and spotless! The outdoor space, dock, and fire pit were perfect for enjoying our whole stay. Great fishing and swimming right off the dock too. Fun times and completely recommend!
