The room was lovely and cosy and the bathroom was lovely too. I would definitely stay again. I just want some hash browns and more sausages on my breakfast plate. As I saw on the Welsh breakfast menu but I never got that choice. The staff were lovely.

Unsuitable for elderly or disabled

I am 82 years old and took a fall in the shower because there is nothing to hold onto. I called in advance to tell them I was unsteady, but nothing was done to prevent this. I slipped and was stuck in the bath and have a huge bruise on my right side. This was reported to reception and noted in their accident book. Apparently, others have reported a similar issue.

Humiliated by the receptionist

I am extremely unhappy about the way I was treated by the receptionist. Although I booked a double room, she stated there was only 1 person booked in. Despite showing her the confirmation she insisted I was incorrect, embarrassed me in front of all the other guests at the desk and called her manager over who eventually agreed that it didn’t state anywhere on my confirmation that only 1 guest was booked in. We use Hotels.com all time and are gold members. This is not what I expect of your hotels!. I am extremely disappointed.

Never disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Staff are friendly and efficient, room very clean, comfortable and quiet. Location excellent. We will definitely be booking again.

Wonderful stay at The St George’s Hotel, Llandudno

Extremely impressed with the excellent service throughout our stay. Very nice double room which was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and the food was absolutely perfect and delicious - the staff couldn’t have been more attentive. We will definitely return and will recommend to our friends and family.
