Check in was smooth. Room was spacious with nice bed, good linens and well cleaned. The only disappointment was, we got room on the basement which doesn’t have any sea views.There were no dental kit in the toilet. There is an indoor swimming pool which can accommodate 10 people at a time and will open from 8.30 to 6 pm. Unfortunately the changing rooms were under refurbishment.There is a bar situated near to the reception. The breakfast was very good and value for money.The parking was on the side of the road which you have to pay in the day time which cost around 6 pounds and at the night it is free till 10 am The hotel situated at the excellent location with many other hotels in the sea shore with nearby shops and restaurants. Overall we recommend this hotel for stay. Great value for money.

We had a sea view room which was a good and spacious, beds were very comfortable and we slept better than at home, very clean room. Service was very good with friendly and helpful staff. Overall a great place to stay

The hotel is tired and needs updating. We had a decent sized room in the attic area. There was scaffolding outside of our window and unfortunately the seagulls rested on this at night making a lot of noise. There was a good selection on offer for breakfast of both cooked and continental breakfasts. The bar prices were decent. It was conveniently located on the seafront where free car parking was available overnight, 4pm -10am.

We stayed at the Marine hotel for a few nights. It is not a luxury hotel, but for a family that spends more time in nature and on trips, this hotel is sufficient. If you just need to sleep and get up in the morning and go on a trip and come back in the evening, I recommend this hotel.

The location is good, very close to beach outside. However the facilities were a bit too old. We traveled as family and booked two twin rooms. We were given rooms next to each other but directly opposite to the lift, so it’s quite noisy for family travellers like us. One room has bath tub but the other didn’t even we paid the same price. You can hear phone buzzing sound from the other rooms as I think their wood works were connected in some sense. It’s quite horrible when you know your phones were not buzzing but some others’ phones did. Annoyed during the night but i think it’s a good value for money if you’re on budget.

Second time staying here, staff are friendly and happy to help. We booked standard twin and luckily got a sea view. Swimming pool is good the only problem is you have to get changed in room. Breakfast was nice plenty of choice.

Great location and lovely sea view from our room. Great staff and I enjoyed my cooked breakfast Hotel is looking dated in areas: carpets threaded. Bathroom in the room definitely needs an upgrade as looked dirty but on closer inspection this was due to wear and tear.
