It is located in a panoramic position, in a dominant hilly area with a splendid view of Lake Garda, from where it is possible to admire it in all its beauty and vastness, not far from the characteristic village of Desenzano sul Garda.
The prestigious villa is equipped with every comfort and is fully equipped.

Villa Elma has three spacious bedrooms, one with a walk-in closet and a large balcony with lake view and two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a whirlpool tub.
The living room is composed of a comfortable sofa that becomes a bed, TV, and is connected to the fully equipped kitchen.

The living room leads to the dining area with splendid windows with sliding system that allow access to the large terrace, very sunny, from which you can enjoy a magnificent panorama overlooking the lake.

The villa is surrounded by a garden where you can relax or sunbathe.
The garden is also equipped with table, chairs and has a barbecue fireplace.

Haus ist völlig ungepflegt

Der Blick über den See ist traumhaft, die Zimmeraufteilung ist spitze. Aber: 2019 schrieb schon jemand von "etwas Renovierungsrückstand". Es war so, als ob seitdem nichts passiert ist: Wasserflecken an den Wänden, alle Ecken angeschlagen, Treppengeländer löst sich, Dusche undicht, Sprudelbad defekt, Ablauf der Terrasse defekt (sie war an fünf von sechs Tagen überschwemmt), Garten ungepflegt, Nachbar-"villa" ist eine Ruine, 90% der Gartenmöbel defekt (zerrissen bzw. brechen ein), alle Sitzkissen/Sofa fleckig, Küche verdreckt und alles wackelt inclusive Schimmel im nicht ausgeleerten Kaffeefilter, nicht funktionierendes Müllsystem. Hausbesitzerin nicht erreichbar. Wir waren geschockt ...

Schöne Villa in einer Anlage

Schöne Villa in einer Gemeinschaftsanlage, Tolle Aussicht, Terrasse von Anderen nicht einsehbar, sauberer und schöner Gemeinschaftspool, zu Fuss 25 min zum Gardasee, etwas Renovierungsrückstand.
