The reception staff was terrible. We had to ask for simple things, like extra pillows 3 times before anything happened. Also, the light in the bathroom flickered constantly or didn't turn on at all most of the time. They sent someone up once, but his solution only solved the problem until we turned the light off and on again. We had to use your phone torches to see.

Not a great experience

My room was basically a glorified closet, which I didn't realize. The bed was really uncomfortable and lumpy, the service was essentially nonexistent. There was no air (but a giant fan) so I had to leave the windows cracked and I had a few bugs.They did replace my towel and take out my trash in-between days so that was nice. I would not recommend this place nor would I stay there again. The pictures are definitely deceiving.

Be careful for the fake photos

We checked in and checked out on the same day because of the room had no air conditioning and no fan and located underground. The room had a bad smell. I stayed for about an hour and I felt extremely sick due to my asthma attack. The pictures are not true to what they offer. I spoke to the staff and they asked me to talk with hotel.com for the refund. And I have requested for the refund from the hotel.com but it takes long time for them to contact to the staff. It’s about four days+, still need to wait for another 48hours to confirm with the hotel. I am not sure if we can get our money back.
