The hotel room was very nice. Staff was very nice as well. It was just a little outdated inside the hotel hallways etc I don’t personally care about that - as long as the hotel room is nice and clean which it was but I just took notice of it. The hotel is very old you can tell it needed some updates and it was messy in the hallways and that’s why I rated it average.

the parking lot was dirty, the room was dingy, the curtains were stained. the room had a moldy odour. The walls had unpainted areas that needed to be patched, the paint on the doors was all chipped. I will not be returning to this location.

When you check in the lobby is nice. All the paint is peeling outside and makes it look and feel dinghy. When we got inside to go to our room which was on the first floor, it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in days. You could see marks on walls and even an exposed electrical plug. The room faced the back and there were peeling marks on wall, gabs in floor boards. Very limited towels and there was actually some mold growing in the shower. To top it off there was a domestic disturbance across the hall and the hotel did nothing. When we checked out i mentioned both things and just got a shrug of the shoulders. I was also told my $100.00 deposit would go back on my credit card and it hasn't yet.

Looks like they didn't care this shows gaps between flooring and wall.
Right outside our balcony door the paint all peeling and horrible looking and it was the same paint peeling everywhere.

Species simple room, nice bed, bathtub drainage needs to open. Lobby need to be clean, heavy carpet smell and dirt's found at several location. Plenty of parking, around's lots of restaurant and shopping mall. Not understand why USD 100 deposit while room rent paid in advance by credit card and this amount still not refunded.
