Firstly let me state that all the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and cheerful. They honestly couldn't do enough to make my stay a pleasant one. The room was spotlessly clean and I really appreciated the fridge. The bed and pillows were comfortable and there was minimal noise heard from other guests. I highly recommend and will be staying again.

Staff were amazing, couldn’t have been more professional or helpful, we ate in the bar and had breakfast and the food was very good, but unfortunately the hotel was let down by a very tired room, carpet bear in places, trimming missing on the furniture and the corridor of floor 3 smelt strongly of weed, it was so bad Sunday morning it was seeping into our room!
