Clean and amazing environment. Great staff. Especially Adi & Jahnvi. Very attentive helpful and friendly. Welcomed with a complimentry drink which was very tasty indeed! Also another girl (didnt get her name, sorry) with curly hair who came to fix an issue in my room. She was able to resolve my issue which was great! Really enjoyed my stay here at moxy and especially first time staying. Will definitely be using moxy for more stays in the future!

From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm hospitality and stunning decor that immediately made me feel at home. Andreia and Taina went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable, always ready to assist with any request or inquiry. Clean room, compact but enough room for 2. Would have liked more space for clothing, no draws, only a 5 space hanging rail. Staff very chilled, friendly, maybe a little too nonchalant at times But overall would stay again as convenient for Excel and nice breakfast

Day staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable clean and lovely. The evening bar manager was quite rude when we ask how long our food would be after we had waited for 40mins. When the food came it was awful overcook, some of the chips were still uncooked. Very poor quality.
