Positives Friendly and helpful staff Nice and quiet Toiletries & towels Smart space/storage Kitchen facilities Negatives Stains on the bed sheets Dusty floor Was only able to open little window Very little natural light Could smell cigarette smoke from the designated smoking area downstairs Stains on the chair No 4g phone reception in the room so could only make calls outside the building. Only stayed for one night so was bearable but would have requested a different room if I were going to stay any longer.

Clean but Very basic. Disappointing

Room was small. No TV . Hard mattresses on bunk beds mirrors on opposing walls felt very disorientating .Wet room configuration difficult to use. Parking is not included as stated. Directions from staff to Tesco/McDonald Pay car park extremely vague i spent an hour looking for it.nearly got a ticket going back to ask directions. Although staff were very friendly they didn't know were it was. I Suggest a map would be beneficial for parking.

Foto ingannevole niente vero con la veritĂ 

La situazione trovata una volta arrivati li non era come nelle foto ,promesso che per quello che ho pagato ne prendevo un altro di poca qualita ma in centro . Le pulizie zero per 5 giorni che siamo state li ,le stanze piccolissime sporche le prese elettriche poco funzionabile abbiamo dovuto scaldare il bolitore alla presa di sotto il tavolo unica che funzionava ,in 5 giorni 4 bustine di te e 4 di caffĂš, non parliamo che ci hanno datto 4 asciugamani grandi e 4 boccettine di shampoo per 5 giorni .

It was disappointing that the ad states its a hotel / student hostel. When the whole property is a hostel. The overall stay was sub standard and cramped. Although I was informed the room could be upgraded to the hotel the room was the exact same.

La chambre est toute petite on se croit dans un camping-car la salle de bain fait 1m carrĂ©. C’est comme dans un camping car, vous vous douchez sur les toilettes. Il manque aussi de la vaisselle. L’hĂŽtel est parfait pour le budget que nous avions. Nous avons oubliĂ© de prendre de quoi charger nos tĂ©lĂ©phones mais un point positif pour l’hĂŽtel avec ces prises usb Ă  la rĂ©ception. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est pas mal aussi. Le cafĂ© un peu moins. Par contre le quartier peut ne pas plaire Ă  tout le monde.
