Sehr nette Empfangsdame, etwas mühsam mit dem Koffer die Treppen hoch aber der Lift soll noch folgen sagte man uns. Zimmer war super, sauber, alles hat funktioniert. Hatten sogar eine Lücke mit allem und Waschmaschine und Tumbler im Apartment. Preis-Leistung TOP!
