Everything was great, restaurant food quality was amazing. Room was basic but right on the beach. Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Alberto who provided excellent service with a smile. Noisy neighbors at 2:00 am wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but walls were kind of thin. Would definitely spend time at this hotel again.

The rooms were ok, but we feel all the rooms should include at least a refrigerator and ice should be free. Also the towels were pretty worn. Breakfast was awful, the same thing everyday. The staff at the bar, specifically Christopher (and the female bartender), were amazing!!!!!

I will say that this is an overall great deal for the location. The restaurant and bar in site are fantastic. But I have no stayed here twice and both times it was an ordeal getting checked in and the rooms weren’t ready until much after check in time. The desk staff is super friendly and I got the impression they were struggling with housekeeping being timely. Would stay there again, just maybe check in a couple hours later to avoid the sitting around and waiting.

We were not allocated the room downstairs, despite indicating that it is difficult for me to ascend the stairs. It appears that the establishment selectively prioritizes certain clients for more attentive service. The amenities are lacking, and the hotel does not resemble the photographs provided. Additionally, there is no Wi-Fi available. The service at the restaurant was severely disappointing; we left twice due to the lack of service. Hotel is very outdated and lacks cleanliness.

Great friendly, courteous, helpful staff throughout the hotel. Room was very clean, all equipment working well. Comfortable beds - only doubles in our room instead of queen size. The best air conditioning/heat unit we have had in any hotel - quiet and very efficient. Food was good, the buffet breakfasts each day and the dinners we ordered there. Wait staff were terrific! Wonderful location right on the beach. Two bottles of water provided every day. Small kayaks and paddle boards available for our use. Pool area was lovely. They could provide more loungers at the pool as the four that were there, along with regular chairs were occasionally all in use with none available for us to use. Hot tub is only a ‘warm tub’, needs to be a lot warmer. Swimming pool was a good temperature.

The room was clean, the view was excellent. Check in was slow mostly because there were at least two large parties ahead of us. Included breakfast buffet was also very good and the restaurant service was good.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms 1 through 7 have been updated and are really nice. The rest of the rooms are good, but are ready to be freshened up. The full breakfast included with the room was good too. They offered many choices of items. The property location is good. Close enough to walk to a lot of the better stores and restaurants. Plus the sunrise view is amazing! Most of the rooms face the water so that never gets old either.
