The rooftop patio is perfect for party entertaining with a large sectional sofa, natural gas firepit, flat-screen LG OLED TV, large bar, natural gas grill, wine refrigerators, and magnificent panoramic views of Catalina Island, Palos Verdes Peninsula, Santa Monica Bay, and Malibu.

All three bedrooms have queen or larger-sized beds (CA King bed in master), ample closet space (two walk-in closets), and two full baths situated on one level along with a separate washer and dryer laundry room. The second level features open concept living area, a sun-drenched living room with a cozy natural gas fireplace, beautiful leather sectional with matching club chair, a large 77-inch screen LG OLED TV with Sonos surround, and high-top dinette table and chairs.

The modern kitchen features spacious granite countertops accented with all stainless steel appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Kitchen-aid dishwasher, Thermador double oven, convection Kitchen-Aid microwave, and built in premium wine refrigerator. The island provides a large bar and seating area while the adjoining dining area also has a solid oak table that fits six comfortably.

The adjoining garage offers 2+ car parking with storage cabinets and a full gym with a Concept2 rowing machine. It is a short stroll to beautiful Hermosa Pier, downtown Hermosa Beach, and Redondo Pier with all of the cool boutiques, restaurants, bars, and live entertainment!
