Enjoyed our time in LA. Wish Downtown was nicer.

Great stay. Sleazy area. My daughter was harassed by street people....still too many prostitutes with pimps running the streets.

The shower is open and in the literal middle of the room, no privacy at all. The door to the toilet has a big gap in it. Frankie at the front desk however was very welcoming and nice. The rooftop is also beautiful but the food wasn’t great at all. Convenient spot for where we needed to go though. I just wouldn’t recommend the room if you’re staying with friends… more like for couples.

Photos of room are not accurate whatsoever. My room looked nothing like the photos. Carpet was dirty and stained. There was only one outlet across the room from the bed.

This is an interesting property. Parts of the building are very pretty and decorative. Other parts of the property are very industrial looking with cement blocks showing and a smooth cement floor. Additionally, the bed is very low to the floor. It takes some getting used to. It also uses a virtual front desk. Although there are still people at the front desk, you are often told to communicate via the virtual front desk. I believe that virtual desk is powered by AI. As a result, there are problems. For example, housekeeping had neglected to give us towels so we asked the virtual desk for them. We were told they would be sent immediately. No towels arrived so we reached out again. Although an apology was provided, we still never received the towels and had to get towels from the pool. Overall, it was an average stay. The best part of the hotel is the rooftop pool. It is really pretty and relaxing. Additionally, the hotel was walking distance to the convention center.

Loved It

Even though this place doesn’t have a classic receptionist, the service was great! I loved all the Korean skin products and the room had everything essential. If I was missing anything, I could request with a text. Definitely would stay here again.
