Beautiful property, it was just as pictured on VRBO. We had our 2 pups with us and it was an easy short 1/2 block to the beach and green area. The dog beach was a 7 min. walk too. We will be back as this is now our only choice, as it spoiled us.

Perfect stay at the beach

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The property is just as it shows in the pictures. The sofa and bed were super comfortable and I was able to work the television without any problems. Marvin was quick to respond if we had any questions. One of the best things about this property is that it sits far back on the lot and has a wonderful front yard. In fact the yard in front is as inviting and comfortable as the inside.The cool breezes were a much needed respite from the heat that we experience living in Henderson, Nevada. If we return to Belmont shore, we would definitely rent Marvin‘s place again.

Lovely property in quiet neighbourhood

Really fantastic ground floor apartment close to Belmont beach, Naples canals, and a short drive to Long Beach. Superbly-equipped place with double bedroom and sofabed. Nice bathroom with tub and shower, and bonus outside space with swing chair.

This is our 3rd stay. It is always clean. I love the new/modern interior and the front garden. The stay is never long enough! House is steps to the beach and short walk to Main Street for restaurants.

Wonderful get away

This place was comfortable and so well appointed; it had everything we needed for lazy breakfasts in and fun game nights. There is the most comfortable seating area on their outside patio and yard where we could still enjoy the sun and stay out of the wind in the windy days. We had the best time!

Surgical meeting and Belmont Shores getaway

My husband was attending a conference at Long Beach Convention Center and we found this to be the perfect property to relax in after the meeting. We loved the neighborhood and the property had great outdoor spaces.

Perfect location!

Wonderful getaway

The place looked better in person the pictures didn't do it justice. I love the big folding doors to allow the outside in. The fire pit was lovely at night. I enjoyed resting on the swinging daybed in the converted patio. The unit was thoughtfully designed and kitchen was well stocked. I loved being able to walk to the beach or to the Belmont

Location was great next to the beach. Great amenities. Outside patio was very relaxing place to hang out at. Neighborhood was quiet especially for a weekend. Overall a good stay.
