We had a very disappointing experience during our stay at this hotel. The hotel shares a parking lot with nearby apartments, but this was never disclosed to us at check-in or during booking. There were no warning signs, notices, or clear markings indicating that part of the parking area belonged to the apartments. As hotel guests, we parked there believing it was hotel parking. Unfortunately, our car tires were damaged as a result, and we were forced to replace two tires at our own expense, which caused significant inconvenience and unexpected cost during our trip. This situation could have been easily avoided if the hotel had provided clear communication or proper signage. Guests should not be put at risk due to unclear parking arrangements. I hope management addresses this issue to prevent other guests from experiencing the same problem.

They gave me a room that had stains on the sheets that appeared to be blood, the previous guest left a lot of trash and tissue in the toilet and all over the shower and bathroom floor. It was disgusting and even though my room was changed, I wish I had requested a refund.

Good air conditioning in the room, overall cleanliness is great, the building looks questionable on the outside but the rooms have all been remodeled or are currently being remodeled. The staff is nice for the most part. Parking lot is huge and it’s free to park there. Overall good bang for your buck. That’s why I stay here.
