Escape to our cozy Beach Bungalow with a shared rooftop deck featuring sweeping panoramic ocean views from Palos Verdes to Malibu. You’re just a 3-minute walk to the sand, 10 minutes to LAX, and steps from the world-famous El Porto surf break.
We provide complimentary surfboards and beach gear, and you’ll find bike rentals right on the beach. Perfect for small families or solo adventurers, blending comfort with coastal living—wake up to salty air and end the day with a postcard sunset. Your property: This is a Hilltop Hideaway only 10 minutes bike ride to Manhattan Beach Pier. This bottom unit sits atop a hill on the corner of a legendary coastal route, known for its scenic drives and steady beachside buzz. Wake up to salty air, ocean waves in distance, and a studio that’s small-but-mighty in the best way. Inside you’ll find a coastal-styled space with a queen-size bed and top of the line mattress, plus a yellow couch that pulls out into a Full/Queen—perfect for small kids and little ones. You’ll also have smart storage (including drawers underneath bed for extra storage), and a rolling table that expands and collapses—perfect as a dining table, laptop workspace, or a quick breakfast bar. Start your mornings with coffee, then head upstairs to the shared rooftop for sweeping ocean views and unreal sunsets in evening that you can’t miss.

The kitchenette is stocked for easy meals, including an air fryer, microwave, and two compact fridges for extra storage.

You’re in a prime spot where you do not need a car: about a 2-minute walk to the beach, plus easy walking distance to local favorites. Want to explore more? Bike rentals are right on the beach. Other things to note: House Rules
• Minimum age to book: 25+
• Registered guests only: No unapproved visitors
• No parties/events: No large gatherings
• No pets
• No smoking indoors of any kind
• Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM (includes music and voices)
• Liability notice: Guest assumes all responsibility when using the shared rooftop, surfboards, and beach equipment during their stay.

Parking
• No dedicated parking. Meter parking is available nearby, plus free street parking in the surrounding area.

Occupancy
• Max 2 adults. Small children allowed (max 2)—please message me before booking so I can confirm it’s a fit.

Climate
• A/C and heat are provided via a portable unit (no central system).

Rooftop Access (Shared Amenity)
• The rooftop is rarely used by other tenants, but if you do see someone up there, a friendly smile and hello goes a long way. This is a ground-floor unit, and the rooftop is a shared amenity at the very top of the property. You’ll pass a few other units while heading up via the outdoor porch walkway. The unit just before the rooftop has a friendly neighbor who keeps a few items on his porch out of the way—no worries, the walkway is wide and clear and leads to the large industrial-size ladder up to the shared rooftop.
• Please note: The cleaning fee does not cover the rooftop since it’s a shared tenant space. The tarp in the far corner is stored there for rainy days and foggy/moist coastal nights—please leave it in place.
