We had stayed here once before and really enjoyed our stay. The location could not be more convenient for a Lakers game! This time it was less than stellar. Our shower was out of body wash, which we didn’t notice until we tried to shower. Luckily we always bring a travel bottle just in case. Also, the Nico lounge was closed for some reason. We really wanted to get a drink and mingle after the game but it was closed.

The beds was very uncomfortable Lots of noise from the street and hallway and other room tenants made loud noises and the hotel did nothing about it. Fitness Center in bad condition. The front desk was not friendly and attentive Very low value for money, exactly the opposite you would expect for a “four star” hotel

Seriously, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. When I arrived they were taking extra time with a disabled guest and also handled the check in line with grace and ease. I was working in downtown LA for the first time and their recommendations, tips and tricks were remarkably helpful! 12/10!!!

clean room, PERFECT location for the concert (crypto arena) and directly across the street from the Grammy museum. saved me money on uber. cool little restaurant/bar set up too. parking/valet is $66/ night though fyi but it’s downtown LA so not may other options.
