I have bugs bites from the bed i can’t sleep properly not coming back people complain about extra. Charge I will see my bill later and parking is not free need to pay I’m not gonna going back no more

This hotel has very soft beds, nice showers, and a free breakfast. We were able to go to bed at night and be comfortable and wake up in the morning ready to go without any back aches or worries about cleanliness. The shower was very nice and I recommend this spot. When we come back to long beach this spot will stay in our minds.

Nice breakfast & clean room- house keeping daily?

great breakfast- bacon, eggs, and carbs. Bed and pillows comfortable and plush. Room was not cleaned everyday of our stay- not sure if the cleaning only happens per check out or when requested? All is well because we were able to get fresh towels at the service table. Would book again.

I'm not sure why this hotel got such good ratings. It was just mediocre. It was clean but rather basic and boring otherwise. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner and the water pressure was low and temperature was cold. The little "market" could have been stocked better with some fresher options. It was just frozen pizzas and ice cream.

We had a comfortable stay with this hotel. Our room was clean and newly furnished. We enjoyed the pool and even ordered Doordash to the hotel lobby twice without any problems. Not too far away from stores and dining which was a plus (5 minute Lyft ride for groceries)...only small hiccup with our stay was that it was a reservation for 5 and there was two queens (which we expected) + a pull out loveseat that was not equipped with bedding or pillows which we had to request. We were given a few extra sheets and but never received the pillows that the front desk staff said they would bring up to our room. Needless to say, we just shared what we had. Also, pullout bed was quite uncomfortable. Other than that we enjoyed our time there, the pool, the breakfast and even caught the tail end of a fireworks show we think we're happening in Disneyland. Overall we would recommend this hotel to others.
