Parking is too expensive! $18 per night in Monterey Park area, not like the luxury one such as Santa Monica ,Pasadena,or Beverly Hills. Expedia provides $10 coupon for VIP access however hotel assigned for particular restaurant which has limited opening time. Public microwave also has limited time to use. Such inconvenient for the travelers. Very disappointed for the stay. Front desk staffs are unfriendly as well, speak in cold voice.It’s the worst Holiday Inn ever.
